Removing Heavy Metals

The key to optimal benefit from this therapy is including all the following food items into your diet EACH DAY. Feel free to include them all at once (such as into a smoothie), or use them spread out into different recipes. The following ingredients work together to remove metals and to rebuild tissue in the body and brain.

Barley Brass Juice Powder –Grabs the mercury from the brain.

Hawaiian Spirulina Powder – Aids in picking up more mercury an carrying out.

Cilantro (Coriander) – Goes into hard to reach places to remove old mercury and heavy metal build up.

Wild Blueberries Organic Maine “Wild” variety – draws heavy metals out of your brain. Also heals and repairs any gaps created when the heavy metals are removed, which is especially important for brain tissue. Try to eat at least 1 cup daily.

Note: regular cultivated blueberries are not the same, they must be the “wild” variety. You can buy them frozen. They have a much higher amount of antioxidants.

Atlantic Dulse – Actually crosses the blood / brain barrier to grab heavy metals and pull them out.

Below are easy recipe ideas to incorporate Heavy Metal removers into your daily routine.

Blueberry Smoothie

2 bananas (1 fresh, 1 frozen)

2 Medjool dates (pitted)

1 cup wild blueberries

1 teaspoon Barley Grass Juice Powder

1 teaspoon Hawaiian Spirulina

1-2 Tbsp Dulse Flakes

1 tsp Raw Honey

1 cup coconut water

1-2 cups water (or as to desired thickness)

Place all ingredients in a blender and whip till smooth. Drink right away.

Tossed salad

Salad greens (Romaine, spinach, kale, arugula)

Handful of cilantro

Tomatoes, peppers etc… whatever else you like in salad.

Top with 1-2 tablespoons Maine Atlantic Dulse flakes.

Make a dressing of lemon juice and a teaspoon of olive oil.

Guacamole & Veggies

1 Avocado (Mashed)

1 garlic clove (pressed or minced)

1/4 cup fresh tomato (chopped)

1 Tbsp lime juice

Handful of fresh Cilantro (chopped)

1Tbsp Dulse Flakes (optional)

Pinch of sea salt and pepper to taste

In a small bowl, blend all ingredients together. Serve with assorted sliced veggies (cucumber, celery sticks, etc...)

Green Juice

4 stalks celery

1 medium cucumber

4 cups greens (kale, romaine lettuce, spinach)

1/2 lemon

1 small apple

1/2 inch slice of fresh ginger

Juice all ingredients, then add 1 tsp Barley Grass Juice powder and stir to blend.

Fruit bowl (choose a mix from the following)

Melons, watermelon, berries, wild blueberries (thawed), grapes, cherries

Sprinkle ¼ - ½ teaspoon spirulina on the fruit.

Potato Topper

2 cups steamed potatoes

Topping:

2 tsp olive oil

2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

1 Tbsp Dulse Flakes

Pinch of sea salt and pepper (to taste)

Blend ingredients together and pour over potatoes.
