Easy Cashew Cheese

Perfect for gatherings and parties, this "cheese-like" vegan spread is a winner.


1 cup Raw Cashews (soaked for at least 1 hour)

2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

1 tsp Coconut Aminos

1 Garlic Clove

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Parsley

1/2 tsp Onion Powder

Pepper to taste

1/4 cup water

1 tsp Olive Oil


Add all ingredients into the bowl of a food processor (with S blade), and blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to periodically scrape down the sides during processing. Serve with baked potato chips, or gluten free crackers.
