Pure comfort food....richly satisfying and absolutely delicious. Similar to a traditional vanilla milkshake but delightfully low fat and dairy free. YUM! In a blender combine: • 2 frozen Bananas • 1 cup coconut water • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
• fresh vanilla bean (or 1/4 tsp non-alcohol Vanilla extract)
• 1 Medjool date (pitted)
• 1 tsp raw honey
• Purified water (add to desired thickness, about 1 cup)
Blend till smooth and frothy. Garnish with additional cinnamon sprinkle and banana slice.
Serves one (or two smaller)
