White Bean & Parsley Dip

This impressive little dip is BOTH easy to make and delicious! Enjoy this as an appetizer during parties and gatherings, or as a light meal.


  • 1-15oz. can Cannellini Beans

  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1/4 avocado

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley

  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

  • pinch of salt and pepper to taste


Add all ingredients to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse to coarsely combine, scraping down the sides as needed. Place into a serving bowl and garnish with a sprig of parsley. Serve with cucumber slices (or your favorite raw veggies and/or gluten free crackers. ENJOY!
