Orange Pineapple Smoothie

This smoothie is not only refreshing and delicious, it is rich with vitamin C which helps keep your immune system strong. Oranges are a great source for cleansing the liver, as well as providing calcium. Enjoy this smoothie for breakfast, light lunch, or as snack any time of the day! In a blender combine: • 2 cups fresh squeezed orange juice • 2 cups Fresh Pineapple (cut into pieces)* • 1 cup Coconut water

• Additional water as desired

Blend till slightly frothy. Garnish with pineapple wedges. serves one. *Frozen pineapple may be used instead of fresh.
