Stress Calming Bath Salts


Use this aromatherapy recipe to soothe body, soul, and spirit at the end of the day. Ease stress and unwind with a relaxing (detoxifying) Epsom salt bath infused with supportive and calming essential oils.

Recipe:

2 drops Lavender

1 drop Ylang Ylang

2 drops Orange (sweet)

1 Tbsp. Jojoba Oil (or olive or coconut oil)

1 cup Epsom salt

2 Tbsp. Pink Sea Salt

Directions:

Stir together and pour into hot bath. Soak for 20-30 minutes.

Heaven....... feel stress melt away.
