Dear friends, below is a list of supplements, herbs, and teas which may be useful during this season of flu virus. I've also included several food items found on Amazon, which may be helpful to stock your pantry. 

COVID-19 prevention:

  • Stay home as much as possible.

  • Wash hands frequently and use hand sanitizer often (recipe for homemade hand sanitizer)

  • Supplement with extra zinc (sulfate) and vitamin C (Ester C or Liposomal).

  • Be sure to include a good B12 supplement in your daily routine. 

  • Further strengthen your immune system with Elderberry syrup.

  • Sip healthful herbal teas throughout the day (see my recommendations below).

Additional ideas to keep your immune system strong:

  • Engage in light exercise and fresh air when possible.

  • Stay well hydrated with healthy liquids and water-rich foods.

  • Get plenty of rest.

  • Stock up on nonperishable healthy food (3 week supply).
